QuickWood EPOXY PUTTY STICK

Premier Wood Epoxy is a specially formulated wood repair epoxy putty which when hand mixed
(kneaded) to a uniform color, creates an extremely durable repair.
Wood Epoxy Putty has a density similar to hard wood and upon curing becomes an integral part
of the item being repaired. The cured repair may be sanded, drilled, and stained after product is cured.
Full cure is achieved in 24 hours.
To use, you simply clean and provide a solid base by removing any loose material or splinters and roughen the area (for a good mechanical bond).

It has a 6-10 minute working life, apply within 2 minutes for proper adhesion;
and will harden in 15 minutes. Cut the amount required from the roll.
Knead to a uniform color and apply firmly into the surface to be repaired.
Colors may be blended to obtain different colors. Force into cracks or voids.
Remove any excess and, while soft, shape to as close to required shape as possible.

After curing one hour the repair may be drilled, sawed, sanded, filed, drilled, tapped, machined, or carved to match the adjacent wood profile. For easier color adjustment seal the epoxy with a clear sealer and allow to dry. As needed add color or grain detail by brush or graining pen and seal in the repair with the appropriate sheen aerosol.
