BEHLEN Waterborne Urethane Finish
is a superior wood coating formulated for versatile application, clarity, and durability. Urethane is known as a tough, durable finish. The new enhanced formula makes Behlen Urethane even more resistant to wear and abrasion. This Urethane can be brushed with a synthetic bristle brush or a foam brush, or spray applied with a spray gun or airbrush. For touch-up (and on small projects), it may wiped on with a soft cloth. Behlen Waterborne Urethane Finish dries to a durable crystal clear coating that allows the beauty of the wood to shine through. Your work will look great for years.

• Seal and build the finish with Gloss;
For a Satin finish,
use Satin as a Topcoat only.
• Tint or Tone with Waterborne Solar-Lux Dyes
• Storage: Avoid Freezing
• Behlen water based finishes may be applied over Solvent Based Pore-O-Pack Filler; we highly suggest using the Behlen Water based grain filler under the Waterborne Urethane.

Solar-Lux™ Waterborne Dye Stain
Waterborne Dye Stains represent one Behlen’s most environmentally friendly low VOC technologies. The transparent quality of the stains will create clean, natural, vibrant colors for cabinet, millwork, furniture or other fine interior wooden surfaces.
These versatile Dyes may be sprayed, brushed, or wiped on with a soft cloth.
They are fast drying and offer good color retention with minimal grain raise.
Waterborne DYE Stains can be sealed or topcoated in as little as 30-45 minutes.
Reduce or lighten dye color intensity with Waterborne Solar-Lux™ Dye Stain Base / Reducer.
Use of the Reducer to lighten colors will minimize grain raising that can occur with water reduction.
Waterborne Solar-Lux™ Dye Stains are available in 12 stock woodtone colors, which may
be blended to create custom colors. Waterborne Dyes feature low odor, which is an
important characteristic for all finishing shops, especially small shops.
They can be used under solvent based coatings, allowing for adequate complete drying (12hr).

Stain BASE & DYE Stain REDUCER
Use Waterborne Solar-Lux™ Dye Stain Base / Reducer to lighten
the color intensity of Waterborne Solar-Lux™ Dye stock colors.
Add and blend stock waterborne colors into the DYE Stain Base to create transparent toners and shading stains. Do Not thin the dyes with water.
