Product Description:
Mohawk Flat Lube is a rubbing lubricant in paste form. Flat Lube is used in
conjunction with water and steel wool to produce a flattened sheen.
Flat Lube is recommended for dulling a french polish, shellac, varnish or lacquer finish.
Advantages:
1. Use on spot repairs to match a surrounding sheen.
2. Eliminates hairline scratches.

Directions:
Note: For best results use on a finish that is fully cured.
Apply with a steel wool pad depending upon how flatt a sheen is desired.
Steel wool in grades of 1/0, 2/0 or 3/0 is recommended to dull the sheen rapidly without fear of damage.
After the surface has been rubbed down, the Flat Lube should remain on the surface a few minutes prior to
wiping down with clear water to provide a good rubbed effect finish.
The grade of steel wool and degree of rubbing can be modified to achieve the desired luster.
