H. Behlen Shading & Glazing Stain
A unique formula of highly concentrated colorants, and combination of resins. The medium viscosity base allows finishers to create unique toning and faux effects over almost any sealed surface.
Shading & Glazing Stain allows for great adhesion between sealing and finishing coats and is compatible with almost any type of lacquer, varnish or urethane finish. Shading & Glazing Stains may be intermixed to create custom colors.
Directions:
MIX WELL BEFORE USING.
Surface Preparation:
Surface should be sealed prior to application of Shading & Glazing Stain. Sand to at least 220 grit smoothness. Remove all dust, dirt, grime and oil.
Application:
May be applied by brush, rag or pad.
1. Apply to desired surface.
2. Remove excess with a clean rag.
3. Allow 1 - 2 hours dry time before
top-coating.
4. Topcoat with desired finish.
NOTE: Glaze Must Be topcoated within
6 hours of application to ensure lifting will not occur.
Clean Up: Use Mineral Spirits

First Aid:
If affected by the product, remove to fresh air.
If Swallowed, Do Not induce vomiting.
Flush eyes or skin immediately with plenty of water. If exposure occurs get medical attention immediately.

B504-0006 - CLEAR GLAZE BASE
Color may be adjusted with oil based pigments.
