We are thankful that you have done business with us over the years, and are very grateful for the many customers who have been loyal for many years.

Hi, I’m Peter Jilka, now former President of Merit Industries.  I’ve enjoyed my twenty- two years in the business. It’s been a joy to talk to you, answer your questions, and provide timely and valuable solutions to your furniture repair and touch-up needs. As the saying goes, life happens when your making plans.

My lovely wife, Ingrid, made a career move that landed us in the San Francisco Bay area of California. Combine that with an offer to buy our warehouse building in Kansas City, Kansas and we’ve decided to move our warehouse and operations to Napa, California.

Mr. Ron Ashby, a long time Merit customer is now the new owner of Merit Industries.
Ron has over 40 years of experience as a master woodworker, a furniture finishing and touch-up consultant to the furniture industry, and a wood finishing supplier. Ron is combining Merit Industries with his Wood Finish Supply and Shellac.net operations at his Napa warehouse.

So, what can you expect from us?
We will make the transition to the new location as smooth as possible. And we will continue to offer a wide section of furniture tags, furniture hardware and repair parts, replacement swivels, and furniture touch-up items.

Also,
1) Same day shipping from the complete line of Behlen touch-up and finishing supplies.

2) Same day shipping on in-stock products with faster delivery to our customers in the Western US.
We only charge actual shipping costs with no handling fees.

3) Customers in the Midwest please add two days to UPS shipments.
We can ship Priority Mail for many orders to expedite shipping.

4) We’ll continue to offer prompt, courteous service and to keep products reasonably priced.
